Hi, I was looking for something for my Dad for Fathers day and came about this website through Google. I had no idea such a place existed, but will arrange a visit with my Dad. Dad spent 37years in the RAF as a firefighter retiring as a warrant officer in his fifties.
Dad’s career impacted all of us and I will find this interesting I think as well as my Dad. Dad served in Hong Kong, Singapore where he was involved in incidents in Borneo and Gan,Aden during what I think we’re the water wars, and the Falklands. During his time in the RAF he also had a spell recruiting for 4/5 years.
Please can you put me on an email list if you have one if anything is happening, we just live across the river Humber in Kingston upon Hull.
Thank you
Karen Dixon
P.S my Dad was Warrant Officer Brian W. Davey but was known as Steve Davey in the RAF
